Vanguard Security's Quality Assurance Department maintains a computerized database of supervisor post inspection reports. It is the goal of this department to maintain optimal service to our clients. For this reason, each team member in this area reports directly to our Director of Operations and Director of Scheduling/Road Supervisors on a daily basis to constantly upgrade our service offering.
Unlike our competitors, all Vanguard Security Officers carry a barcode identification badge, which allows us to know precisely who is where and when. Our Road Supervisors carry a similar hand-held barcode scanner to electronically document inspections of all Vanguard Officers on post. During regular random quality assurance visits, our Road Supervisors send performance reports to our management team. It is our way of making sure our clients are receiving the best service possible.
Additionally, Vanguard Security has a team of Customer Service Representatives who meet with clients on a weekly basis, or more frequently if required. We want to proactively communicate with our clients to make sure expectations are met and exceeded.
Vanguard Security Officers carry two-way radios for instantaneous communications with our 24-hour manned Dispatch Center and Vanguard Management. If any security risks arise, our security officers and support team are immediately prepared to respond.
